Used microcars available in Mallorca

There are currently 8 vehicles in this classification, with prices from 8.900 €.

Often advertised in Spain as cars without a licence, these small vehicles are usually light quadricycles rather than conventional passenger cars. That description does not mean they can be driven without authorisation. Check the vehicle's exact classification and the licence required before buying. Spain's AM licence covers light quadricycles, and other licences may also be valid depending on the circumstances; do not rely on the wording of an advert.

Make sure the vehicle suits your routes as well as your parking space. Light quadricycles cannot use Spanish motorways or dual carriageways designated as autovías, and their maximum speed is 45 km/h. Plan your everyday journeys before comparing trim levels. Check the approved number of seats, access, visibility and luggage space without assuming these vehicles offer the same features or capabilities as a standard car.

For a used example, ask for the vehicle documents and available service history. Inspect brakes, tyres and bodywork, and ask about battery condition and charging if you are considering an electric version. Include insurance and maintenance in your budget. Clarify any questions about vehicle approval with the seller, and consult the Spanish traffic authority, DGT, to confirm the driving requirements before making a decision.
